Renowned author Zadie Smith visits SCAD Atlanta as part of her #FEELFREE Book Tour to read from her latest book, “Feel Free: Essays.” Smith is one of the world’s foremost fiction writers, as well as a singular essayist. This new collection includes previously unpublished work, as well as Smith’s classic essays, such as “Find your Beach,” and is arranged into five categories of literary journalism — in the world, in the audience, in the gallery, on the bookshelf and feel free.

Smith will be joined in conversation by television journalist Gail O’Neill. This event is part of the SCAD Ivy Hall Writers Series and is sponsored by A Cappella Books.

The Ivy Hall Writers Series brings celebrated writers of all kinds to SCAD Atlanta to share their work and wisdom with writing students.
