hub city pressIvy Hall is pleased to welcome Betsy Teter, executive director of Hub City Press, a non-profit independent press in Spartanburg, SC. Hub City Press is known for publishing “well-crafted, high-quality works by new and established Southern authors.”

Ms. Teter will be giving two presentations while at SCAD Atlanta.

Interested in publishing your work with a small press? Please join us on Tuesday, October 20th at 6 p.m. Ms. Teter will discuss the ins and outs of publishing your work with an independent literary press.

Interested in working for a small press or perhaps even starting your own small press? Please join us on Wednesday, October 21st at 11:00 a.m. Ms. Teter will talk about how she and several of her friends founded Hub City Press and how they have kept it going strong for 20 years.
