Speak Your Piece on SCAD Radio

Calling all poets and writers! “Speak Your Piece,” SCAD’s only spoken word and short story program, seeks your submissions for Winter and Spring quarters.
Speak Your Piece is a show designed to showcase local writing talent from Savannah. Read your work on-air and chat with DJ Lock about craft and your writing process.
Submissions are open to everyone in and around Savannah, Georgia. Of course, SCAD students, alumni, and faculty are featured.
Showtime: Saturdays, 6-8pm on Scadradio.org, iTunes, or the tunein app.
If you are interested in participating in Speak your Piece, email [email protected] or [email protected]. Please write “Attn:Tony/spokenword” in the subject line. Submissions should include the title or your work, your name, major, class (freshman, sophomore, etc.) and contact information.
Multiple submissions are accepted, but please send no more than three pieces per submission.
