Exit 271: Your Georgia Writer’s Resource looking for submissions
The Georgia Writers Association is looking for fiction, creative nonfiction, articles, and poetry for their new digital magazine. Submissions should be previously unpublished work and sent to [email protected] by Oct. 25. You may submit up to 3 poems and 2 short fiction or creative nonfiction pieces. Mini articles must be between 500-750 words and feature articles must be between 1000-2000 words. Please send a query for feature article ideas.
Flash Fiction Contest
The Georgia Writers Association is also hosting a flash fiction contest. Entries must be unpublished and 300 words or fewer. Only Georgia writers are eligible and you may submit up to 3 pieces. Entries must be sent by Nov. 15 to the following address:
