Artistic Anatomy by Paul Richer  This is  recommend above all others. This book has the most accurate forms of the muscles and bones. It is a valuable resource for human anatomy. The images in the back of the book are the points of interest, the text has some error due to a poor translation. This is a great reference for anyone attempting to sculpt a male figure.

Human Anatomy For Artists: Eliot Goldfinger This book is illustrated very clearly for where all the muscles attach. Also because of its clarity it is also great for learning the names of the muscles. The forms of the muscles and bones are not as accurate as Richer’s book. This is a great reference for anyone attempting to sculpt an ecorche.
