There will be three categories; best bust, best full body, and best in show. Each will be judge by the officers of Zclub and a few selected professors. Zclub officers are encouraged to participate but are not eligible to win. Guidelines are as follows:

To enter you must email us at zbrushclub@scad.edu with your full name so we can add you to the project space in the I drive.

In the collaborative space please create a folder with your first and last name

In the folder please include your .ZTL file with Firstname_Lastname_Heroname.ZTL

Example: Jane_Dough_MightyMouse.ZTL

Also include:

Any sources cited if you used existing concept art or other materials made by another person in a word doc or pdf

Example: John_Dough_SourcesCited.doc

A few (no more than three) renders of your sculpture in .jpg format

Example: Jack_Dough_CaptainPlanet01.jpg

If you have info about the character or your process you wish to share, please type it in a word doc

Descriptions of the categories are as follows:

Character busts:

Character busts are a rendering of the character from head to chest and will be graded harder on attention to detail and completeness.

Full bodies:

Full body Sculpts are fully rendered characters that includes all of the appendages. Full body sculpts will not be judged as harshly for detail as the busts.

Best in Show:

Best in show is the overall winner of the competition selected by the judges of zclub. Best in show is both the bust and full body sculpt submissions judged against each other.

Judging will be based on level of completeness, attention to detail, proper anatomy, and originality of sculpt. If you have any additional questions, contact us at zbrushclub@scad.edu.
