This is taken in Beijing ‘s Houhai District[后海]in December 2007, just after the first snow [flurry, really] of the year. The temperature was warm enough to melt what little snow that was on the ground.

This picture was taken in Wuxi [无锡影视城], China, in June 2005, the first time my daughter and I visited the southern part of China. On that same trip, we also visited Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hongzhou–the last two cities have been dubbed “Paradise on Earth.”
