About Shala
Shala is a whole-brained communications designer who loves web design, web strategy, branding, the business of design and presentation design. She is pursuing the MFA in Graphic Design to support her career in higher education, where she is currently a lecturer at Howard University.
She received her BFA from Howard University in 2004, and her MA in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. She is also the principal and creative director of SW Creatives, LLC.
Shala is married and lives in the Washington, DC metro area.
