Habitat for Humanity is a national organization that exists to offer safe and affordable housing to low-income families. SOS works with the Coastal Empire chapter to offer regular workdays. During these workdays, students get hands on experience in building a house from the ground up!
Transportation to and from the site is provided. The bus leaves from Eichberg Hall lobby (Architecture building between Turner House and Ex-Libris – Side Entrance Arch #14, not the front facing MLK Blvd.). Lunch will also be provided.

The Habitat for Humanity Re-Store takes donations from companies that make housing supplies like lighting, doors, windows, etc. The Re-Store then sells these items at a very low price so that people can do their own smaller home renovations. The money that they receive then gets recycled back into building more houses!
