Shelby Cowart, Vice President

Erica (Eri) Kawakami, Secretary
Junior, Sequential Art Major
The girl with the notes, a 19 year old hailing from Golden, Colorado. She’s rather small, and she loves to draw and read comics. She also enjoys cooking on occasion. Some of her inspirations include Sarah Ellerton, Ashley Cope, Madeline Rupert, D. Helmer, and Gigi Digi
Sophomore, Sequential Art major
That one guy that handles finances every once in a while. 19 years old and from South Carolina. He likes drawing and making comics, cosplaying and has recently gotten into DJing. He’s generally cool with everyone and willing to help anyone in need. He can be stubborn every once in a while but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. His favorite artists are Moebius, Takashi Murakami, Dan LuVisi, Sanford Greene and Eiichiro Oda. He’s also started developing an obsession with Deadpool.
Jayleen (Jay) Jackson, ICC representative
Sophomore, Sequential Art Major
Club collaborator extraordinaire. 19 years old and from Fort Myers, Florida. Has a great affinity for drawing concept art, storyboards, and comics. Is overtly friendly. She is inspired by artists such as LeSean Thomas, Paul Pope, Shotaro Ishinomori and Tatsuyuki Tanaka.
College Professor and Comic Book Illustrator
Comic book artist of the superhero kind … and a professor at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Working on a graphic novel project about family and relationships with brothers. Who knows? I think it will make a great book and a great film. We’ll see.
