That’s right! A banner contest!

*sigh* No, not that kind of Banner.

Sequential Art Society needs a big banner to display at our events and meetings! And we want YOU to design it!

This contest will be open until one week before the end of the quarter, Nov. 8! This way, we will have the banner ready to go for our  winter quarter events!

Here is the banner template you must follow to enter!

Please save your entry as a PSD file and make sure it is sized 2 feet by 4 feet so we get the best resolution!

Furthermore, the banner must feature:

the full name of the club – The Sequential Art Society

our regular meeting time – Sundays 2pm -4pm

our email - sas@scad.edu

our various social media outlets -Blog - http://blog.scad.edu/sas/
Twitter - https://twitter.com/#!/SAS_scad
Tumblr - http://sequentialartsociety.tumblr.com/
Deviantart - http://sequentialartsociety.deviantart.com

And our mascot, Sassy the Sasquatch!

What it CANNOT feature is:

existing characters (that aren’t yours), art, or other copyrighted material

anything sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, illegal  or offensive

The likeness or photograph of any existing person

ads or other solicitations beyond the purpose of the banner

So go for it! Give us your best and most original efforts!

There IS a prize for the winning entry, and it’s probably awesome.
