Dear PASO Members,
congratulations go out to our former Vice President, James Yamagami Scullion, who has graduated a quarter early! Mr. Scullion’s hard work with PASO has always inspired professionalism and creativity, and he was able to do so while still being one of the most active sound designers we know. He will do very well in the professional world!
Mr. Scullion’s early graduation opens up an opportunity for a new Vice President. We are now open for nominations and we will be holding our election at the first meeting this quarter on Week 3.
PASO officers work hard to strengthen the Sound Design community. It is a great honor to serve as a leader in the community and to open doors for us all. Being an officer has its many perks. Bringing in industry professionals to SCAD we develop strong relationships first hand with the professional world. If you are interested in running do not hesitate to nominate yourself by replying with your name and your SCAD e-mail address. See you at elections on 4/9/13 at 8PM in Hamilton 104!
