My Introduction

Hello everyone! Welcome to my blog! For starters, my name is Kaleigh Mattingly. I came to SCAD because I’ve always had an interest in Fashion. I plan to major in Fashion Marketing. Though I am excited about this, it hasn’t always been a walk in the park for me. My original plan was to study Marine Biology and Zoology at North Carolina State University. I have always been so interested. I knew it was something I wanted. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out the way I planned. So, I took a risk and looked into SCAD. I’ve always loved the area. I took a huge risk since I know nothing about art or drawing. I am here learning everything for the absolute first time. I’m not very “artsy”, as some would say. Oh, well! I am so excited for what SCAD has to offer me. This is a pretty big opportunity for me. I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
