The next ICC Meeting will take place on Friday, January 18, 2013 on the 2nd floor of the Student Center at 2:00 pm.

All those that hold the ICC Liaison officer position should attend.  If the ICC Liaison cannot attend, please send a different club representative.

Attention all clubs!

For those of you who missed our meeting, or those who forgot a couple issues we covered, here is the ICC Meeting Agenda 10.4.12.  Please feel free to email us if you have any questions at icc@scad.edu!

The ICC Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at 4:00 pm on the 2nd floor of the Student Center. Only one representative from each registered club is required to attend the meeting; however, all are welcome.  This meeting should last approximately 30 minutes.

If your club cannot have a representative present, please notify us at icc@scad.edu.

Budget Allocation Prep Sessions will give all clubs a detailed explanation of the expectations of participating in the allocation process.   Participating clubs are required to have at least one representative attend one of these trainings. All sessions will take no more than 1 hour and will take place on the Student Center, 2^nd floor– unless otherwise noted.

Take the opportunity to recruit new students to your club at this year’s student club fair.  If interested in participating, please click on the following link and fill out the necessary information:goo.gl/HW9uT.  The deadline to register is Tuesday, September 11 by Noon!

Please note that tabling space is limited– the earlier you RSVP, the better.  Only clubs registered for the 2012-13 academic year will be permitted to participate in the Student Club Fair.  If you have not yet registered, you can do so by filling out and submitting the “Student Club Registration Form” found on this blog under “Forms”.

There are two steps to registering your club for next year.

1. Student clubs who would like to register for the 2012-13 academic year should complete the annual club registration form. At the top, please note “2012-13” and list your officers for next year. Clubs who complete this form will eligible to participate in the Fall 2012 Fall Fest.
2. In order to reserve space, use club funds, have publicity approved, etc. student clubs must complete the Student Club Training Series that will be launched in the late summer. This training series will be accessible via MySCAD and must be completed by the club officers (President, Treasurer, ICC Rep and Adviser) prior to the allowance of club operations in the fall.
