Our debut season began with the recruitment of new members including:
Kelsey Meden, Chelsea McCune, Bruce Sampson, Amanda Small, Hailey Best and Lauren Tuma and Mercedes Lewis. We managed to construct a firm committee within the club that consists of members: Maya Shakur (Vice President), Edwin Galmon (Secretary), Leo (Treasurer). Balancing school, school tennis and dancing can be really difficult so I am glad to have them by my side.

The crew has been currently working hard on a dance routine for the event, SCAD taste of the world. It has taken 6 tough weeks to successfully put the dance together. We experienced a lot of trial and errors as we were still getting to know one another. Eventually we all got it together. I definitely witnessed a lot of progression and improvements in our physical, mental, and tactical part of dancing.

Special mention goes to the new members for adjusting well to the new conditions of the club and the university . I definitely appreciate their hard-work and determination. I am sure it will be great year.
