There are two steps to registering your club for next year.
- Student clubs who would like to register for the 2012-13 academic year should complete the annual club registration form. At the top, please note “2012-13” and list your officers for next year. Clubs who complete this form will eligible to participate in the Fall 2012 Fall Fest.
- In order to reserve space, use club funds, have publicity approved, etc. student clubs must complete the Student Club Training Series that will be launched in the late summer. This training series will be accessible via MySCAD and must be completed by the club officers (President, Treasurer, ICC Rep and Adviser) prior to the allowance of club operations in the fall.
If you have any further questions, please contact icc@scad.edu.

Hello clubs!
The Student Preservation Association hosts Preservation Week every spring and this year and they are looking for a little extra help! With the help of Student Activities Council, they are kicking off Preservation Week 2012 at 7pm on Saturday April 28th at Meddin Studios with a catered reception, silent auction, and two alumni film screenings.
They are looking for students and faculty to donate any artwork to the silent auction, in which a generous portion of all proceeds will go to the Fresh Air Home of Tybee Island, a summer camp for underprivileged children of Savannah. Fresh Air Home is funded solely through private donations with sessions running from June through August. The children that attend Fresh Air Home are given everything from clothing, food, personal hygiene items, toys, etc.
Please see the attached flyers for details on Preservation Week and auction donations. The deadline for submission has been extended to Wednesday April 25th at 7pm – Student Preservation Association’s next general meeting. Please help us make this event a success and mark your calendars for the opening reception!

On Sunday, February 26th @ 6pm in the Mondanaro Theater the Black Student
Association club will be hosting our 2nd Annual Black History Tributes. We
host this show to bring all race and creed together to learn and feel a
little history, our history, Black History.
We are putting together a program for our event that will share a brief bio
on our tributes and cast. This year we have chosen to honor MLK, Lauryn
Hill, Alvin Ailey, and Stevie Wonder. We would love for you to advertise your club or upcoming events in our program. Last year both genders and all types of races attended our event, and we feel this is a perfect opportunity to reach out to them.
Thus we would love to offer you, in promotion of your club or event, $3 for
a quarter page, $5 for half a page, $10 for a full page.
If you would like to purchase a page, please feel free and welcome to email
us at bsa@scad.edu
We will size and paste your flyer onto a page or create a design for your
club. Thank you so much for your time!! And we can’t wait to hear from you!
