Window Restoration Workshop

Under the direction of Professors Jim Abraham and Justin Gunther, SPA assisted in the facilitation of a hands-on workshop to provide student with an opportunity to develop skills in restoring historic double-hung windows. The workshop consisted of two parts; the first session focusing on repairing sash mechanics, and the second session addressing techniques of reglazing. Both sessions had attendance of over 25 undergraduate and graduate students of the historic preservation program.
