Critique Notes

1/30/13

- Avoid centered focal points.

- If your design consist of a repeated pattern still keep in mind you can have variety within a pattern.

-Craftsmanship goes a long way when it comes to the overall aesthetic of a piece.

-Remember “economy” when deciding if your piece needs a border or not.

Final Thoughts

I thought that this project was difficult especially when it came down to the placement and inking of the motif.

Not only was the actual inking hard, but making sure that your plan looked deliberate and added to the overall piece was also pretty difficult .
