Tickets for e-Learning Graduates (Savannah)
eLearning students may pick up their tickets at the Ice Cream Social Friday, May 31, 4-6 p.m., Pulaski Square, 201 W. Charlton Street. Contact ecampus@scad.edu with questions.
Ceremony Participation Deadline –
Any student wanting to participate in the spring commencement ceremony must complete a graduation application by May 3, 2013, and be approved by your graduation auditor. Students must email their graduation auditor (see Contact Information) in order to confirm ceremony participation if they indicated “unsure” on their graduation application.
Cap and Gown Ordering
The last day for online orders is April 16, 2013. After April 16, late charges will be added. Phone orders are accepted up to May 10th. Students are responsible for paying late charges on all cap and gown orders after the deadline.

Graduation Celebration
SCAD eLearning invites you to stop by Pulaski Square after rehearsal for ice cream, refreshments and a chance to meet other eLearning graduate peers, faculty and staff in person. This is where you’ll pick up your tickets for commencement.
Is the ice cream social the only place to pick up tickets for elearning students? Or can we get them at the Theatre Box office like on campus students?
The ice cream social is the only place eLearning students can pick up tickets. The box office will not have any elearning tickets.
I will have 6 family members traveling from all over the nation to meet me for graduation. Therefore, I will need 2 additional tickets for the 9am Presidential Conferment of Degrees ceremonies. I seem to be the the only one on the SCAD Facebook ticket exchange. If any of you eLearners will not be attending, I would greatly appreciate two 9am tickets!

To post a request for tickets, you’ll need to visit the ticket exchange at facebook.com/scadelearning (in Events) where students who aren’t using all of their tickets can give them to other graduating students. ELearning students only. The blog is not an exchange site.
