This information refers to tickets for the Savannah campus ceremony. If you are participating in the Atlanta ceremony, please refer to the Atlanta Information page.
Ceremony Tickets
All guests attending the commencement ceremonies need a ticket (children under the age of two sitting on a ticket holder’s lap will not require a ticket). Each student who has applied to graduate and received approval from a graduation auditor to be in the ceremony will receive 4 tickets for the 9am Presidential Conferment of Degrees ceremony and 6 tickets for the Presentation of Degree ceremony at either 1pm or 4pm There is no charge for tickets.
Disclaimer: Students caught buying or selling tickets will be removed from the ceremony.
Ticket Pick Up
Graduation tickets will be available for pick up from the Trustees Theater Box Office located at 216 E. Broughton Street, Savannah, GA, beginning May 21, 2012 through May 31, 2012. The Trustees Box Office is open from 10am – 5pm.
eLearning graduates will be able to pick up their commencement tickets at the eLearning Ice Cream Social to celebrate graduation in Pulaski Square from 4-6 p.m. EST on Friday, June 1st, 2012. Pulaski Square is located on Charlton and Barnard Streets. Please contact ecampus@scad.edu for more details about the Graduation Celebration, ticket pick-up, or to R.S.V.P.

• Additional ticket requests will not be accepted before April 9, 2012 or after April 13, 2012.
• Additional ticket requests can be made by emailing graduationtix@scad.edu from April 9-April 13, 2012.
• Ticket requests will only be accepted by emailing graduationtix@scad.edu.
• No more than 2 additional tickets can be requested for each ceremony.
Student Ticket Requests
The following information MUST be included in the additional ticket request. Please provide all of the information listed above, a delay in processing the request will occur if any of the requested information is not provided.

5. Major
6. Number of tickets you are requesting (max of 2 tickets can be requested)
7. Indicate the ceremony or ceremonies you requesting tickets for
9am Presidential Conferment of Degrees Ceremony
1pm Presentation of Degrees Ceremony
4pm Presentation of Degrees Ceremony
If the request for additional graduation tickets is granted, the additional tickets will be distributed with the allotted graduation tickets.
Please note: We will make every attempt to accommodate requests as resources allow, we are unable to guarantee the availability of extra tickets for the Commencement ceremonies.

For your convenience and in an effort to enhance the ceremony, a live simulcast of this event will be available to accommodate your guests in the Johnny Mercer Theater located inside the Savannah Civic Center. The simulcast does not require a ticket for entry. Also, all ceremonies are viewable online at scad.tv/<http://www.scad.tv/> .

• A designated handicap parking area is available on a first come first serve basis. A state handicap parking permit is required.
• Please limit handicap seating and parking to those that truly require special accommodations.
• Due to limited seating in the handicap area, a maximum of one person will be allowed to accompany the handicapped person in the handicap seating area.
