This information refers to tickets for the Savannah campus ceremony. If you are participating in the Atlanta ceremony, please refer to the Atlanta Information page.
CEREMONY TICKETS
Tickets will be distributed from the Trustees Theater box office starting May 20-30, 2013. The box office hours are M-F, 10am to 5pm.
Tickets are required for the 9 a.m. presidential conferment of degrees ceremony and for the 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. presentation of degrees ceremonies. Each participating graduate may receive up to four tickets, including any special seating tickets, for the 9 a.m. ceremony and six tickets for their 1 p.m. or 4 p.m. ceremony.
If you are currently living in Savannah or the surrounding areas, you must pick up your tickets from the Trustees Theater box office. Only students who live out of town may pick up their tickets after commencement rehearsal on Friday, May 31st. Students, who live in Savannah, or the surrounding areas, will not be given tickets after rehearsal no matter the circumstances. Tickets must be picked up by May 30 from the Trustees Theater box office.
eLearning students may pick up their tickets at the Ice Cream Social Friday, May 31, 4-6 p.m., Pulaski Square, 201 W. Charlton Street. Contact ecampus@scad.edu with questions.
All guests attending the 2013 commencement ceremonies need a ticket (children under the age of two sitting on a ticket holder’s lap will not require a ticket). Each student who has applied to graduate and received approval from a graduation auditor to be in the ceremony will receive 4 tickets for the 9am Presidential Conferment of Degrees ceremony and 6 tickets for the Presentation of Degree ceremony at either 1pm or 4pm There is no charge for tickets.
Disclaimer: Students caught buying or selling tickets will be removed from the ceremony.
TICKET PICK-UP
Graduation tickets will be available for pick up from the Trustees Theater Box Office located at 216 E. Broughton Street, Savannah, GA, beginning May 20, 2013. The Trustees Box Office is open from 10am – 5pm. Students must have completed all graduation requirements in order to pick up tickets (ie. completing a graduation application!). Students will not be issued their allotted tickets if they do not participate in the commencement ceremonies. Disability seating tickets can also be picked up at the Trustees Box Office.
For your convenience and in an effort to enhance the ceremony, a live simulcast of this event will be available to accommodate your guests in the Johnny Mercer Theater located inside the Savannah Civic Center. The simulcast does not require a ticket for entry. Also, all ceremonies are viewable online at scad.tv/<http://www.scad.tv/> .

DISABILTIY SEATING REQUEST INFORMATION• Handicapped-accessible seating is available if your guests require special accommodation for a disability. Contact Ashley Nelson, at 912.525.5114 or anelson@scad.edu.
• A designated handicapped-accessible parking area is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A state-issued handicapped sticker or parking permit is required.
• Because of limited handicapped-accessible seating, only one person may accompany the individual in the designated seating area.
