Screen Printing Demo, Tomorrow!

Don’t forget that tomorrow (Tuesday the 29th) we’re SCREEN PRINTING! Come celebrate our new logo with us by learning how to screen print it onto a shirt! We’re providing the pre-made screens as well as black, white, and navy blue ink. You just need your own shirt or other fabric surface, what a deal! The demo starts at 8 PM in the Furniture Undergrad Studio (Gulfstream 127). Don’t miss out!

Jesse Shaw: Function of the Spiral

Jesse Shaw’s Function of the Spiral exhibit at the Hall Gallery came to a close this past week with a reception and personal appearance by the furniture designer. Mr. Shaw, an MFA student in Furniture Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design, chose the mathematical and artistic concept of spiral and helical forms in his thesis research. Read more
