Posted by SCAD Fashion Department in : Job Lead , trackbackFourth Floor Fashion – Greater New York City Area Job Description Assistant and Associate level candidates needed in design, merchandising and production. 0-3 years experience; internships are a huge plus! Must have fashion industry-specific skills.
DESIGN – Must come from fashion school and have a portfolio. Photoshop, Illustrator and additional CAD skills are a HUGE plus.
MERCHANDISING – Internship or work experience in any merchandising function is a HUGE plus. Good computer skills and strong knowledge of fashion/retail industry is required.
PRODUCTION – Must have at least one year experience a production capacity. Strong Excel is required, WebPDM or PLM experience is a HUGE plus
ASSISTANT PLANNERS AND ALLOCATORS – Must have strong analytical skills, a passion for the business side of fashion and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Strong Excel is required.
