Posted by ereber in : Uncategorized , add a commentOccasionally we get in something that would be otherwise trashed if we didn’t collect it. St. Nicholas was a reading journal aimed at tweeners at the turn of the 1800s - 1900s. I thought this page especially awesome as the detail in the illustration is not as common in this day and age. Someone had to draw this with pen and ink, no computers!
