I thought I would share a few of the images I cataloged today, as I have enjoyed the sort of mythical vibe that coincides nicely with the day. These are oil paintings by Arnold Bocklin

Posted by ereber in : Jen, VRC, library , add a commentCurrently I am in the Jen Library man cave. (4 guys work in here) I am learning a lot and sharpening my Photoshop skills. I scan and catalog approximately 20 images a day. We maintain a Digital Image Database http://did.scad.edu/ of roughly 70,000 images. We add about 1200-1500 images a month. If the database lacks something you need for a project or presentation give us a couple weeks warning and bring us the book (room 318 in Jen Library) you need the images from and we will add them to our database. I am enjoying my new position and am excited to continue contributing to the SCAD community in my small way.
