Mission

The Council for Sustainability and Eco Practices at SCAD exists to provide strategic leadership to college stakeholders in adopting long-term sustainable practices, cooperatively sharing information and resources, and effectively mentoring each other in curriculum development as it relates to sustainable design education.

Rationale

We have formed this council in response to forces that are moving society, industry and institutions towards actions to apprehend global stewardship in practices that are going beyond environmental friendly applications.
