Sustainability Council “screens” Savannah Earth Day Festival visitors
Posted by: Sustainability and Eco-Practices Council in NewsThe Council on Sustainability participated in the City of Savannah’s Earth Day Festival on April 18. Festival attendees were invited to bring shirts to be silk screened with one (or more) Earth Day and recycling-related designs created by council member Cindy Hartness. Earth day is great, one of my favorite days. I personally donate my time to a local walk/marathon we have here in town. It’s a wonderful way to give back to the community on such a wonderul day. Glad to see others enjoying it as well.
