Each figurine was created in Rhino before being printed on the ProJet (AKA Spencer) in the SCAD Digilab. Each piece is crafted layer by layer with a UV Curable Acrylic Plastic and wax support material. After the wax is baked off, the figurines are submerged in an ultrasonic bath that cleans the remaining part thoroughly. A quick soapy rinse and voila!
