Tsim Sha Tsui

Tsim Sha Tsui, also known as TST is a very densely populated district of Hong Kong. There are many diamond shops and Indian restaurants here. One of my favorite places to visit in TST is the Chungking Mansion. The Chungking Mansion looks like any other building from the outside, but once inside, you find yourself in the middle of what first appears to be india. All along the crowded asiles of the first two floors are various different food vendors selling curries, meats, and other middle eastern dishes. The smells are strong, and the sights are stronger. Men and women of all ages pushing mostly counterfeit goods and freshly made food from the tiny kitchens that are sometimes only hidden by a bed sheet will stare you down and speak to you in their native tongues while you walk by looking for goods to purchase.
