FIFA/ESPN commercial/branding for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil was one of our choices for a concepts assignment – obviously I had no choice!

That being said I’m not super proud of these. I did them all the night before and had to get grass textures and soccer ball shape from Google images >:(. The pattern is based on a South American woven textile, but simplified and streamlined, vectorized and re-colored in Illustrator to my liking I was going for a “Carnaval” festive and colorful feeling.
