Zeds are not college interns, curious about the industry; rather, they are aspiring professionals looking to leverage their skills in real work experience. In many cases, they work on the agency’s largest global accounts, such as Best Buy, Citibank, Colgate, Coca-Cola, Ford, Microsoft, Nokia and Novartis, among others.</p>
