- Double click the service button on the phone and a menu pops up with Network Configuration as option 3.
- Choose option 3.
- Using the right arrow and go down to Voice Vlan.
- Hit the middle button on the arrow key keypad (enter) and a drop down menu appears.
- Select Enter VLAN ID and type in 114 and hit enter.
- Right arrow down to DataVlan.
- Hit the middle button on the arrow key keypad (enter) and a drop down menu appears.
- Select Enter VLAN ID and type in the correct data vlan and hit enter.
- Right arrow down to PC-Port Untag All and check the box.
- Now just click Apply&Reset which should be the top silver bottom on the left and the phone will reboot.
- After the reboot you now have a working phone that also has a working data port on the back of it.
