A New Beginning

Hey everyone!

I’m Brittany Segars but I prefer to go by my middle name, Taylor. I just transferred to SCAD from Santa Fe college in Gainesville, Fl. I am from a little beach town called Ponte Vedra Beach which is located on a barrier island about 45 minutes outside of Jacksonville. I am very inspired by the beach and I enjoy taking photography of the beach as well as collecting beach glass. I am also a very dedicated equestrian. I have been riding for over 15 years and I couldn’t imagine my life without horses and riding. While at SCAD I plan on majoring in graphic design and I hope to become involved with equestrian studies program. I am very excited to start this new journey in my life!

    do you do anything with the beach glass, like make jewelry perhaps? :3

    I haven’t made jewelry but thats a great idea! I mostly use it for candles, like I fill up a glass or bowl with sand and then place beach glass around it and use little tea light candles. It makes a great accent piece
