THEME – SPIRIT OF PLACE
To celebrate Maine Media’s 40th Anniversary, we honor the Spirit of Place – from around the globe to Midcoast Maine. Spirit of Place embodies geography, connections, stories, memories and presence. Submit your visual interpretation and show us what Spirit of Place means to you. All photographic media are encouraged.

CATEGORIES:
-Portfolio
A portfolio submission consists of a series of 8-10 images that relate to each other and tell a story together about Spirit of Place.

-Single Images
Submit your Single Image entries to Spirit of Place in the following categories:
1. Landscape
2. Seascape
3. People/Culture
4. Abstract Expression
5. Midcoast Maine

**Maine Media Workshops will be giving back to the Midcoast Maine community by creating and donating to the community an archive of ALL the entries submitted in the Midcoast Maine category.

PRIZES – TOTAL VALUE OF OVER $25,000
One Grand Prize-Photo Portfolio, one Single Image Category Winner in each of the five categories and forty Single Image Honorable Mentions will be awarded.
