Two INDS Work Study positions available

INDS has two work study positions available and preference is given to INDS students:

1) The interior design student assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the department chair, administrative assistant and faculty including typing, scanning, photocopying and maintaining the School of Building Arts library. Additional responsibilities include creating posters and fliers, and displaying student work. Qualified candidates must have computer experience and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software. Professional appearance, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. 2) Interior Design Resource Room Assistant
Responsibilities include: organizing and maintaining the reference library materials and the ID Resource Outlet; cataloging the reference materials; ordering new materials; receiving new materials; assisting students in locating and using materials; maintaining the collection; and other general administrative and organizational tasks related to keeping the reference library and sample room orderly. First preference will be given to full time interior design students who have completed the Interior Design Materials course.
