Man Lands on the Moon

On July 21, 1969, the astronauts of Apollo 11 were preparing to leave the moon after Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin completed the first successful moonwalk. To commemorate the occasion, NASA has released a restored version of the Apollo 11 moonwalk video. Also, Google has announced Google Moon, a feature of Google Earth 5.0 that offers 360 degree views of the moon and spacecraft that has landed there; images of missions to the moon; and guided tours of the moon by astronauts who have been there.
